I am using hot chocolate fairy by Monika Holloway
Her tubes are available for purchase at Artistic Dreams Imaging

Mask of choice
I am using DBV Mask 82 from Designs By Vaybs

Filters:
Xenofex 2 –> Constellation (optional)
Tronds Filters II –> Lighty

 

1.

New image 600 x 600
Make a radial gradient using a light & dark colour or 2 contrasting colours
I am using #AD6F7E & #895C3B
Angle 45, Repeats 0

2.

Fill your canvas
Adjust –> Blur –> Motion Blur
Angle 115, Strength 100
Edge Effects –> Enhance More –> Repeat

 

3.

Open your mask & Minimise
Layers –> new Mask Layer –> From Image
Choose DBV Mask 82 from the dropdown menu
Click ok –> Name this layer Mask

 

**The next step is optional & can be skipped

4.

Duplicate the mask layer
Xenofex 2 Constellation
7, 0, 3, 2, 100, 100, Rotation 45,
Make Selection Transparent –> ticked

XenoFexConst

 

5.

Duplicate the mask layer for a total of 4 layers.
On the 1st layer Tronds Lighty
248, 7, 255, 20, 255, 33, 13, 105

LightyShifts

 

6.

On the 2nd layer –> Tronds Lighty
Same settings but change Light Forming 3 to 53

On the 3nd layer –> Tronds Lighty
Same settings but change Light Forming 3 to 73

On the 4th layer –> Tronds Lighty
Same settings but change Light Forming 3 to 93

Hide layers 2, 3 & 4

 

7.

Highlight the top layer
New raster layer
Select all –> Modify –> Contract 6
Fill with your dark colour
Modify –> Contract 3
Fill with the gradient
Modify –> Contract 3
Delete –> Select none

 

8.

New raster –> Fill with white
Layer palette –> Arrange –> Send to bottom
Resize now if you want


 

9.

Add your copyright, license & watermark

10.

Highlight the top layer –> New raster layer
Fill with a colour from your tube
I used #AF7984
Set the blend mode to Overlay
You may need to play with the colours you use

If you are not animating you can save your tag now

 

ANIMATION

Edit –> Copy Merged
Open animation shop
Paste as New Animation

Back to your tag
Close mask layer 1 & unhide layer 2
Edit –> Copy Merged
Back to animation shop
Paste after current frame

 

12.

Back to your tag
Close mask layer 2 & unhide layer 3
Edit –> Copy Merged
Back to animation shop
Paste after current frame


 

13.

Back to your tag
Close mask layer 3 & unhide layer 4
Edit –> Copy Merged
Back to animation shop
Paste after current frame

Edit –> Select All
Frame Properties –> 15
Your tag is now ready to save.
